Concessions

Serve food and beverages to customers in a very fast-paced environment. Greet and service guests at the registers, taking orders at cash registers, and handling cash payments. Replenish foods, condiments and paper supplier at serving stations. Taking beginning and ending inventory. Keep area clean and tidy. End of night cleaning including wiping down counters, booths, cleaning popcorn machine, sweeping & mopping floor and help clean and stock restrooms.

Kitchen/Cook

Prepare foods in fast paced environment: Pizza, hotdogs, popcorn, etc. (Subject to change) Keep area clean and tidy, washing dishes, take beginning and ending inventory. Stocking refrigerators. End of night cleaning including wiping down and disinfecting all work surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors and help clean and stock restrooms.

Bartenders

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a very fast-paced environment. Serve responsibly checking customer ID’s and refusing service. Greet and service guests at the cash registers, taking orders, and handling cash payments. Stock and replenish coolers, keep area clean and tidy. End of night cleaning including wiping down and disinfecting all work surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors and help clean and stock restrooms.

Security

The Event Security Representative will be responsible for the enforcement of security policies and safety violations, maintaining specific zones and areas within the facility, maintaining a customer service demeanor, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the layout of the facility.  Responding and/or assisting with First Aid on an emergency basis and responding to emergency and evacuation situations as it relates to events held. De-escalating concerns before they become a problem. Providing detailed reports on any incidents that may have occurred to management. Operating metal detectors. Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner. End of night duties such as moving tables and chairs, sweeping and mopping floors and help clean and stock restrooms

Guest Services/Ticket Takers/Admissions/ID Checkers

Responsible for greeting guests and scanning guest tickets, directing guests accordingly, and assisting guests as needed. Hand out VIP and premium seating packages & wristbands. Sell “day-of” event tickets Check in special guests, radio station & social media tickets. End of night cleaning including wiping down and disinfecting all work surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors and help clean and stock restrooms

Merchandise Sales

Assist in selling merchandise for the artist. Requires secure handling of currency and processing of credit cards.  Settles up with bands at close of show to ensure proper handling of cash. End of night cleaning including wiping down and disinfecting all work surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors and help clean and stock restrooms
