- Must be used for tickets or meet and greet passes only (cannot be used for concessions, beverages, etc.).
- Redeemed at www.bmieventcenter.com upon concert checkout.
- Single use – the code for the gift certificate can only be used once.
What if the full amount of the gift certificate wasn’t used?
- Currently, these are single-use gift certificate codes and do not support a running balance.
- If you do not use your entire purchased amount, please contact BMI Event Center (937-526-9544), and a new code for the remaining balance will be issued.
Need a physical gift certificate?
- Currently, the only option for delivery of gift certificate codes is to an email address.
- However, for a physical gift certificate we provide a PDF template that can be printed and filled out by you. You will need to write out the fields with the correct information.
